Tim Driscoll is CEO of Triman Holdings. Tim Driscoll is a lifelong aviation enthusiast and experienced Aerospace and Defense executive with 17 + years of progressively increasing roles of responsibility within the industry. As CEO, Tim leads the company’s mission to provide trusted supply chain, repair management, logistics and analytic solutions to the Defense sector and Aerospace industry designed to reduce lead time and cost, improve performance, manage obsolescence and reduce risk. Prior to joining the company, Tim served as Vice President & General Manger of AAR’s Government OEM Solutions business where for 7 years he led the strategic partnership growth, process improvement, and overall management of the business. His background also includes leadership roles within aftermarket and customer service at Eaton Aerospace as well as program management roles at GE Aviation. Tim graduated from Embry Riddle Aeronautical University with a Bachelors of Science in Aerospace Studies and started his career as an officer in the US Navy.

Ryan LeBon is an accomplished financial management executive with significant experience in leadership roles within both privately held and publicly traded ventures. Ryan joined Triman Industries as its Chief Financial Officer in December 2019 and leads the Company’s financial team across Triman Holdings, LLC, the parent company of Triman Industries, CTG and Brighton Cromwell. Prior to joining Triman, Ryan served as CFO of a private-equity backed specialty chemicals manufacturer, Aquatrols, where he led several cross-functional projects to streamline and improve overall efficiencies. His background also includes roles in public accounting as an Audit Manager at Deloitte & Touche, LLP in Philadelphia serving large public registrants and as a Senior Controller with General Electric Water & Process Technologies. Ryan graduated Cum Laude from Villanova University with a Bachelors of Science in Accounting and is a Certified Public Accountant (PA).

Christopher Gross is a skilled Aerospace and Defense leader with a proven experience in developing and executing strategic partnerships with government and military customers, and OEM Partners, globally. Prior to joining our company, Chris served as the Senior Director of Program Management & interim General Manager of AAR’s OEM Solutions-Government business. During his tenure, he was a key member of the leadership team who led the business to transformational growth and record operational and financial benchmarks. His background includes senior leadership positions in Program Management, Government Contracting, and Government Relations; including positions with AAR CORP, Northrop Grumman, and Navistar Defense. Chris has been a featured speaker at Government Contracting conferences, and is an active member of NCMA and AIA, where he has served in multiple leadership positions. Chris holds a B.A. in History from Northern Illinois University and was the 2015 Honor Graduate of NCMA’s Leadership and Development Program. Chris started his career as a non-commissioned officer in the U.S. Marine Corps where he served with 2ndLight Armored Reconnaissance Battalion.

Col (ret) Keelty is a passionate leader and supply chain expert. He joined Triman as VP, Partner Supply Chain Operations, in November 2020 and is a key player in the company’s strategic growth plan of Triman Holdings which includes CTG and Brighton Cromwell.

In his newly created supply chain executive role, Mr. Keelty is responsible for leading the development and execution of a comprehensive program to optimize the supply chain between the company’s partners and customers. He pursues new business within DoD programs and OEMs through relationship development, innovative problem solving, gap analysis and identification of opportunities that are aligned with the company’s unique value proposition. He drives significant value for the partner base, further enhancing the mission to be a full-service military aftermarket supply chain innovator, providing strategic analysis of the Services budgets to the company’s partners and identifying new growth opportunities.

With over 25 years of active duty US Air Force experience, Mr. Keelty brings a pedigree of military supply chain and DLA experience to Triman. He was most recently the Commander of the 748th Supply Chain Management Group at Hill AFB, Utah where he led 925 personnel in managing a $1.2 billion annual supply chain budget sustaining 34 weapons systems. He also held key leadership positions at Air Mobility Command where he was the Chief of the Logistics Readiness division as well as the Deputy Commander of the Air Force’s largest Mission Support Group at Kadena Air Base, Japan, supervising 4,200 personnel. He has an MS in Supply Chain Management from the Air Force Institute of Technology, an MA in National Security and Strategic Studies from the US Naval War College and a BA in political Science from the University of North Carolina.

One of the original founders of Brighton Cromwell, Chief Information Officer Glenn Van Etten has been both an innovator and captain of Brighton Cromwell’s growth since 2003. Glenn is responsible for leading Triman Holdings, LLC’s IT infrastructure and the development of the company’s data-driven proprietary supply chain management system and sourcing system, SEDNA, and the industry leading analytics platform SEDNA Analytics.  With dynamic capabilities to monitor and analyze all aspects of the supply chain, SEDNA has the ability to integrate hundreds of ordering systems and catalog and track millions of authorized parts from more than 4,000 vendors. 

Brighton Cromwell was named by Deloitte as the fastest-growing technology company in New Jersey, Entrepreneur Magazine’s fastest growing defense company in the United States, and is listed on the Inc. 5000. Glenn was a finalist in both 2010 and 2012 as Ernst & Young New Jersey Entrepreneur of the Year®. 

Glenn graduated from the University of Delaware with a BA in Business Administration with a concentration in Finance.

As Chief Growth Officer for Triman Holdings, LLC, Paul directs initiatives pertaining to supply chain solutions for military and commercial platforms from acquisition to sustainment. Among Paul’s directives while Chief Development Officer at CTG  (Crestwood Technology Group, LLC), a Triman Holdings Company was the implementation of CTG’s Integrated Supply Chain Solutions, delivering complete system level solutions for upgrades and long term platform maintenance. Paul was a crucial driver in the development of CTG’s Industry Leading Counterfeit Avoidance Process & Policies. Paul has given back to the Industry working tirelessly to educate purchasing and quality groups in the defense and aerospace industry of best practices regarding counterfeit avoidance.

Ann Marie Sheer joined CTG in 2018 and is Senior Vice President, Marketing at Triman Holdings, LLC, the parent company of Triman Industries, CTG and Brighton Cromwell.  She brings over twenty years of leadership experience in B2B and B2B2C Marketing, Brand Strategy, Product Management, and Customer Experience.

Ann Marie is responsible for creating and delivering the brand vision, messaging and innovative marketing strategies that drive awareness, engagement and revenue among our key target audiences.  

Prior to joining CTG, Ann Marie built a career in technology marketing at leading global hardware, software, and financial services companies.  She led cross-functional strategic initiatives identifying new revenue streams and engagement programs through digital delivery channels as well as led the development and delivery of go-to-market plans and product roadmaps.  Her brand management expertise and background leading business strategy, provides the foundation to drive business forward with agility and accuracy.

Ann Marie is a graduate of Manhattan College and holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Management and Marketing and is certified in Digital and Social Media Marketing platforms.

Glenn Bocchetti, has a diversified background of over 35 years in Military and Commercial Industry businesses.  As head of Operations for Triman and Brighton Cromwell, Glenn brings his expertise and knowledge in all aspects of business practices, operations, leadership and general management of manufacturing and distribution companies.

His background includes practical experience, application and emphasis on operations management, business development, quality management systems, distribution supply chain, product manufacturing, logistics, regulatory compliance, contract management, information systems, purchasing and engineering.

Hilary R. Bily is a human resources professional with a wealth of experience driving value through people in global, headquarters and field organizations.  Hilary joined Triman Holdings, LLC, the parent company of Triman Industries, CTG and Brighton Cromwell as Vice President Human Resources in January 2022 from Avis Budget Group, where she served as the Senior Director Human Resources and led the people agenda for the Northeast US, navigating a global pandemic and staffing shortages during the car rental industry’s most turbulent and challenged time.  Prior to this, Hilary held numerous learning and development and talent management positions at PepsiCo.

Hilary has BS in Psychology and Biology from Binghamton University and a MS in Industrial and Organization Psychology from Baruch College at the City University of New York.
