Mike Boyd brings over 19 years of experience in sales, engineering and quality control. Mike’s philosophy of calculated growth has been an integral part of growing the company’s footprint within the Defense & Aerospace Industry. His commitment to quality and continuous improvement has been key in making the company a fully integrated supply chain partner to its valued customers. Mike’s focus on 100% Quality, 100% Delivery and strategic partnership development has earned the company’s position as an approved and preferred supplier to the U.S. Government, U.S. Armed Forces and key aerospace and defense contractors.
Mike is responsible for leading mission, vision, and growth goals to capture and deliver new opportunities in current and expanded markets in order to sustain revenue and ensure margin growth. As a member of Triman Holdings, LLC leadership team, he integrates business development efforts into our core business model, supports senior management agreements with our customers, and monitors financial objectives within the enterprise. Mike also dedicates time to developing innovative solutions, such as Excess Inventory Solutions and Inventory Management Programs, helping customers maximize their ROI on material without demand, as well as Proactive Obsolescence Management Solutions, successfully affecting the short and long term health of many Legacy Platforms. Mike is currently a Lean Six Sigma Green Belt. Mike is also trained in the IDEA 1010B Inspection Process. He has a Bachelor of Science in Business Management in Engineering Management from Western New England University.
